Terms & Conditions
HOLY TRAVELLERS (UK) — BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a booking with Holy Travellers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all bookings made either for yourself or on behalf of others. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations.
1. Deposits and Ticket Issuance
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All deposits and issued tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
This applies in the event of cancellation, no-show, or any request to amend dates, times, or names on a booking.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-reroutable — name or route changes are not permitted under any circumstances.
Once a ticket is issued, it is final. No changes can be made thereafter.
2. Advance / Partial Payments and Fare Increases
If you are booking a flight by paying a partial deposit:
The fare and taxes are not guaranteed until full payment is received and the ticket is issued.
Airlines and consolidators reserve the right to increase fares and taxes at any time without prior notice.
If such changes occur before the ticket is issued, the passenger is responsible for paying the difference.
We strongly recommend completing payment and issuing the ticket as early as possible to avoid fare increases.
Cancellation Prior to Ticket Issuance:
If you cancel your reservation before the ticket is issued, a £75 cancellation fee per person will apply.
Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
After Ticket Issuance:
All payments become non-refundable and non-changeable.
3. Passenger Information & Booking Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information is correct before ticket issuance, including:
Full passenger names (must match passport/travel documents exactly)
Passport must be valid at least 6-months prior to your travel date.
Travel dates and times
Departure and destination airports
Transit points and layover durations
Baggage allowance and flight itinerary details
Mistakes cannot be corrected after ticket issuance, and no changes will be allowed.
4. Passport, Visa & Immigration Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet the passport, visa, and immigration requirements of your destination and any countries you transit through.
This includes obtaining valid visas, including transit visas where applicable.
Requirements may change without notice. We advise checking with the relevant embassy or consulate well in advance of your departure.
Holy Travellers will not be held responsible if you are refused boarding or entry due to inadequate travel documents.
5. Flight Reconfirmation
All passengers are required to reconfirm their return or onward flights at least 72 hours prior to departure with either:
Holy Travellers
The relevant airline directly
Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation or schedule changes. Holy Travellers accepts no liability for missed flights or additional expenses arising from non-reconfirmation.
6. Travel Insurance & Baggage
We highly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation or curtailment
Medical emergencies
Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
Flight disruptions or airline insolvency
Holy Travellers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay of baggage. Any such claims must be made directly to the airline involved.
7. Special Requests & Medical Needs
If you have any special requests, such as:
Meal preferences
Wheelchair assistance
Seat selection
Please inform us at the time of booking or before ticket issuance. We will forward your request to the airline; however, fulfilment is not guaranteed and cannot be used as grounds for a refund or compensation.
Medical conditions must be disclosed in advance to avoid complications at the airport or during travel.
8. Airline Changes and Operational Liability
Airlines occasionally make schedule changes or cancel flights. In such events:
Holy Travellers will assist you in communicating with the airline, but the final responsibility lies with the airline.
We do not accept liability for any financial loss due to airline failure, cancellation, delay, or rescheduling.
It is your responsibility to have insurance that covers such events.
Travel insurance that includes airline insolvency coverage is highly recommended.
9. General Disclaimer
All bookings made through Holy Travellers are subject to these terms and the conditions of the respective airlines.
We act solely as a booking agent and cannot guarantee flight schedules, airline operations, or external factors affecting your journey.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you:
Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
Take full responsibility for ensuring all travel requirements are met
Understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in loss of booking and/or additional charges.
